Megapixel expands its multi-award-winning HELIOS® LED Processing Platform ecosystem with Megapixel CLOUD, its new control and monitoring system. Built specifically for large format LED deployments in corporate, fixed installation, and broadcast markets, CLOUD is already used by multiple Fortune 500 companies. It allows users to monitor and control HELIOS infrastructure remotely from anywhere in the world, increasing system reliability and reducing onsite maintenance costs.
Niall Thompson, CLOUD Product & UX Manager at Megapixel, explains, “Megapixel CLOUD isn’t just about monitoring— it’s about empowering users to manage their AV systems with ease and confidence, no matter where they are. For example, in retail environments, our real-time monitoring ensures that display issues are promptly addressed, reducing downtime and maintaining customer engagement.”
CLOUD allows users to control all screens in their project from a single location, useful for multi-site and multi-geography deployments. Rather than sending technicians during business hours, CLOUD enables customers to react to issues conveniently. Users can set up custom dashboards for project-specific metrics and receive email or text alerts when errors or thresholds are reached, ensuring complete system health awareness. CLOUD also extends to Megapixel’s OMNIS® AV Monitoring Platform, providing a comprehensive view of the system and historical logging within a single technology stack.
Megapixel CEO & Co-Founder Jeremy Hochman says, “We believe in analytics for display solutions because they can be complex and difficult to troubleshoot. Our goal is to offer AV operators and IT departments remote diagnostics, health information, and control capabilities for screens worldwide, whether for a single lobby screen or a global retail fleet.”
