With significant growth in the US and UK markets in recent years, Megapixel has opened a dedicated support base in the UK to further strengthen this strategic market.
Christian Dickens, Product Support Specialist for EMEA, will head up Megapixel’s UK Support base with a dedicated office located centrally in Birmingham, allowing the company to directly support clients and offer regular training sessions on their HELIOS® LED Processing and OMNIS® AV Monitoring Platforms.
Further to expansion in the UK market, Megapixel already offers 24/7 global support thanks to its existing distribution of staff across the globe. “Megapixel has always been a service-first mindset, and it’s vital to our success,” comments Jeremy Hochman, co-founder. “Many of us at the company have developed technology for decades now, but we’ve also been active in the field, so we understand the needs of our clients and know how important it is to provide this level of support.
