Arriving in HELIOS software version v24.03.0 is the ability to effectively double the bandwidth capability of all RS12 and 12-port M4250 switches (MSM4214X) by utilizing the 2nd 10G port with an additional link from HELIOS. This is especially useful with the growing use of 2.5GbE in many LED tiles allowing access to the full 20Gb switch capacity. This enhancement is available for all existing and future owners of RS12 and 12-port M4250 switches, at no charge.
